Build with virtual parts, render designs and create instructions.

Studio is an all-in-one desktop app for Windows and Mac that lets you build with virtual parts, render designs and create instructions. What can I do with Studio? Build You can build your own virtual creations! Start a project from scratch, import a saved LEGO® Digital Designer file, upload a picture to make a mosaic, or just use your imagination and see what happens when you put the pieces together. Test a design By testing your design, you can find out if it can be built with real LEGO bricks. Create or browse instructions Use Instruction Maker to create step-by-step instructions for your designs Render designs Generate photorealistic images and short videos of your designs Share on the Studio Gallery Upload your designs on My Studio and publish them on Studio Gallery Use the BrickLink catalog Check if the parts in your design are available and how much they cost.

Release Notes

If "hide unavailable parts" was enabled in the palette and the user started the snail tutorial, the search filters would be applied to the tutorial palette. Nested submodels would not copy and paste to other projects on the initial attempt Large nested submodels would not paste to other projects. LXFML 9 imports would have incorrect mappings where decorated parts would replace the normal base part. Snail tutorial would not proceed on its own if the palette color was changed to something other than white and the different color was still active while the antennas were being added. Small submodels that contained nested submodels without custom names which were previously copied to another project and saved could cause a crash if the save file was opened and then the same copied submodel was copy and pasted again to another project. Null bricks would be present in nested submodels that were successfully copy and pasted across different projects and then later edited. If the naming of the copied nested submodel was generated by Studio, going into the instruction maker or saving/re-opening the file would cause null bricks to show up where the copied and edited nested submodels used to be. If part data was not completely loaded during a copy and mirror event, copy and mirror functionality would be slightly wrong.
