Nexa MemKeeper
Tray-resident memory optimizer for Windows that stays under 5 MB itself.
Nexa MemKeeper watches Windows memory from the tray and reclaims what is no longer needed. It is written in pure Rust on the Win32 API - no managed runtime, no UI framework, no external DLLs beyond the OS inbox set. Feature code (process list, cleanup engine) runs in on-demand worker processes and is released the moment you close the window, so the resident shell stays around 1.5 MB. Highlights: Top 5 popup on tray click; Task Manager-style process list with app grouping, live search by name/PID/window title, and kill process / process tree / thread; selectable cleanup areas (working-set trim, standby purges, modified-page flush, system working set, page combining); automatic cleanup on a usage threshold, on a schedule, or when Windows signals low memory, with a cooldown. English/Korean UI. Free for personal and other noncommercial use; commercial use requires a paid license.
