Muralis lives in the notification area and gives every monitor its own wallpaper setup - a fixed image, a local-folder slideshow, or a web source (Bing image of the day, Wallhaven, or any custom JSON API) - with a display mode chosen per screen. Bilingual (English/French), Fluent design.
