This is just a small hotfix release to prepare for the upcoming 3.0.0 release. The main change is that Kando will now refuse to load settings files created by newer versions of Kando, which should prevent invalid settings files when downgrading from 3.0.0 to previous versions. It also fixes an issue which prevented the prebuilt binaries from GitHub to run on some Linux distributions.
