Patch updates on macOS
Some JetBrains IDEs create runtime files inside their macOS app bundles. During a patch update, the Toolbox App verifies the updated bundle's code signature, removes files that are not sealed by the new build, and downloads a clean copy if verification still fails. TBX-18856
