atref
Global file-reference picker — chord, fuzzy-pick a file, insert a path at the caret
atref is a Windows system-tray file-reference picker. Press a chord in any text field, fuzzy-pick a file from pre-indexed folders, and insert an @-quoted absolute path at the caret. It also exposes an agent-facing config CLI.
